Double Decker Cran-Beet Chicken Sandwich:
1/2 cup Chicken, chopped
1/4 cup Greek Yogi and Shaved Beet Mixture*
1 tablespoon Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1.5 tablespoon Craisins
3 slices Sara Lee 45 Calories & Delicious Bread
*Greek Yogi & Shaved Beet Mixture: simply grate a peeled beet and mix it with greek yogi.
Toast 3 slices of bread.
Combine the Yogi-Beet Mixture with the Chopped Chicken, Cream Cheese and Craisins.
Spread the mixture on 1 slice of toast; place the second slice on top, and spread the rest of the mixture; and finally place the last slice on top.
I ate it with a side of cherry tomatoes.
Dessert consisted of one piece of CocoaNymph Dark Chocolate and 2 packets of Chilli Milli!
