YOGI PROTEIN PANCAKES!


I am all about the yogi posts today eh?!

This morning I had PANCAKES! and they were SO SIMPLE to make it! All you have to do is take:

1/2 cup Greek Yogi (I used strawberry flavoured yogi)
1/3 cup Instant Oats
1/4 cup Egg Beaters Egg Whites

Blend all 3 ingredients in a blender.
Spray a cooking pan with Olive Oil PAM Spray.
Set oven to medium heat.
Smear half the batter on the heated pan.
Cook till it is golden brown.
Flip the pancake and do the same to the other side.
And repeat with the rest of the batter!

AS EASY AS THAT! and wowZA were they delish!

I topped them off with Maple Syrup and Kiwifruit! You can use any fruit you like, I think bananas would go really well with it!
