I woke up this morning with the urge to make these delishio pancakes:
1 scoop Cookies & Cream Whey Protein (any flavour will work)
1/2 Banana, mashed
1.5 tablespoons Milled Blueberry Flax
2 tablespoons Almond Milk
1/4 cup Egg Whites
1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Spray and heat a pan on the stove.
Pour in desired amount and cook pancake both sides.
It burns and blackens easily because of the banana, so keep an eye on it!
Drizzle maple syrup and ENJOY!
