I always seem to fall asleep while studying, even though I get ample amount of sleep.
Maybe it has something to do with the Hawaiian temperatures I got going on in my bedroom, or perhaps the fact that I am studying in a reclined position on my bed, but nonetheless, I needed mental energy so I made this shake:
1 scoop Coconut Flour
1 cup Flaxseed Milk
1 tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
1/4-1/2 teaspoon Matcha Powder
1/3 scoop Whey Protein
couple of dashes of Xanthan Gum
Mix all ingredients in a blender and REENERGIZE!
